The family intake room is one of the first and last places our youth enter when they arrive at our door. It’s a place that holds vulnerable individuals during crisis, and sees them leave with new light in their eyes and a bright future ahead. The time and care that went into this room is easy to see, completed with a wall chalk board for our youth to write on as they enter, and leave, recording their thoughts and feelings in real time.
